The EC-20 is usable with a Zuiko Digital lens of any focal length due to the near telecentric qualities of Zuiko Digital lens designs. Although it is commonly believed that a 2x teleconverter degrades optical performance more than a 1.4x teleconverter the superlative EC-20 delivers performance at a level that's as good as the EC-14.
