Polaroid Originals B&W film for Polaroid 600 Camera - White Frame

All new Black & White Impossible film for your Polaroid 600 Camera

The new PX 600 Silver Shade COOL film exhibits an improved performance based on the latest findings in instant film production. For long lasting premium results store unopened film packs in the fridge around 5-10°C. Please do not freeze the film! As the camera ejects the picture, do IMMEDIATELY shield it from light (e.g. with your hand, a darkslide, shoot into a box, etc...) - the first half second is crucial! See also this tutorial video box type cameras / tutorial video folding cameras. Due to the high filmspeed of this material we recommend adjusting the lighten/darken wheel or slider of your camera 1/3 into the dark setting.

How it looks

The new Impossible PX600 Black & White film for Polaroid 600 cameras has a unique vintage look and feel to the photo. Bringing back the true essence of instant photography with the excitement of variable results and not knowing what you've taken until the development process is complete. This film is perfect for those seeking a heritage finish to their photos with an emotion and feeling that can only be achieved through a Polaroid instant photograph.

8 Steps to bring your Black & White Film in to the world

I. Store unopened filmpacks in the fridge at 5 to 10°C (41°F - 50°F) Do not freeze! Before shooting, allow the film to adjust to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
II. Use PX600 film with Polaroid 600 cameras. Please check here for camera compatibility.
III.For your first shots, we recommend to shoot at 17-24°C / 63-75°F as the Silver Shade film is very sensitive to temperature.
IV.Set the camera's lighten/darken wheel to the correct setting, or adjust after first shot for optimized results.
V. Hold camera stable, especially at low light levels and shoot.
VI. Immediately shield the image from light as it gets ejected from the camera, the first split seconds are crucial!
Do so by either using an Impossible Frog Tongue, the film darkslide, an Impossible PX Shade or your hand.
VII. Protect the picture from light for up to 3 minutes while it develops (let it develop upside down).
VIII. Take a deep breath, turn the picture over and inhale your FIRST SILVER SHADE SHOT
IX.Store your images in a dark, dry, and cool place to prevent fading or colour alterations.
